Matt spent 12 years within the animal health industry living and working in various leadership positions around the world. In 2007 he returned to Delaware to oversee operations and lead a successful commercial insurance and financial services business.
In 2016 Matt was able to spin off the financial services business. At this time he launched Rosemont Wealth Management as a way to offer additional resources to his clients by taking his years of experience in operations, both internationally and locally and combining it with the resources available through Lincoln Financial Advisors.
Matt graduated from The University of Delaware in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science and from Wilmington University in 2000 with an MBA. He has been recognized within the industry for his production, leadership and service to his clients.
Matt is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife Ashlee have two children and live in Laurel, DE, the town they grew up in and continue to love and support. Matt sits on a number of nonprofit boards and is a high school football referee with Delmarva Football Officials Association.
